هذا المسار مناسب للعائلات التي لا تريد فقط إجابة سريعة، بل تحتاج إلى متابعة بعد لقاء واحد!. في هذا المسار ننتقل من ردّات الفعل اليومية إلى طريقة تعامل منظمة وهادئة. ماذا تحصلون في هذا المسار؟ 2 لقاءات أونلاين، كل لقاء 75 دقيقة في اللقاء الأول نتحدث عن التحديات الأساسية التي تواجهكم ونتطرق الى ارشاد عملي: ما هو التشخيص أو التغيير الذي تمرون به؟ ما هي الصعوبات اليومية الأهم؟ ما أكثر شيء يرهق العائلة الآن؟ كيف يبدو الروتين اليومي في البيت؟ هل توجد مخاطر أمان أو سقوط؟ ما هي الخطوات الأولى التي يجب البدء بها؟ هذه الجلسة مناسبة إذا كنتم تقولون: “لسنا بحاجة لمسار طويل الآن، لكن نحتاج نفهم ماذا يحدث وماذا نفعل.” في اللقاء الثاني نتابع اتمام الارشاد والتحديات الجديدة. في نهاية اللقاء الثاني نلخص النقاط المهمة العملية لمتابعة رعاية من تحبون بأمان وكرامة.


Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to consultation services booked through this website, including in-person consultations, home visits, online consultations, and any other professional consultation service offered. By completing a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy. 1. Cancellation by the Client A booking may be cancelled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. A transaction made through the website may be cancelled within 7 days from the date of booking, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least two business days before the scheduled service date. In such cases, a refund will be issued less cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction amount. 2. Late Cancellation or No-Show Cancellations received less than two business days before the scheduled service date, or failure to attend the appointment without prior notice, will not entitle the client to a refund. 3. Rescheduling A request to reschedule may be submitted up to two business days before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability. One rescheduling request may be approved at no additional cost, provided that the request is submitted within the required timeframe. 4. Cancellation by the Service Provider If the service provider needs to cancel or postpone the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered an alternative date. If no suitable alternative date can be arranged, the client will receive a full refund for the service that was not provided. 5. Refunds Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days from approval of the cancellation request. External fees charged by credit card companies, payment platforms, or third-party providers are not under the control of the service provider. 6. How to Cancel Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email, WhatsApp, or through the website contact form. The request should include the client’s full name, contact details, booking date, and scheduled appointment date. 7. Service Already Provided No refund will be provided for a service that has already been provided, in whole or in part, dedicated professional preparation carried out at the client’s request, or a personal professional document delivered to the client after the service. 8.
